- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.
- Order Modifications: Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer several shipping options within the UK and internationally:
- UK Standard Shipping:
- Delivery within 3-5 business days.
- UK Express Shipping:
- Delivery within 1-2 business days.
- International Shipping:
- Delivery within 5-10 business days, depending on the destination.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as postal delays or customs checks for international orders.
3. Shipping Costs
- UK Shipping:
- Standard Shipping: £6.50
- Express Shipping: £12.00
- International Shipping:
- Shipping costs vary based on the destination and the weight of the package. The total shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For international orders, any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through the courier's website.
- If you do not receive a tracking number within the expected processing time, please check your spam/junk folder or contact our customer service team at boboskolors@gmail.com
5. Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or BFPO addresses.
- Certain remote areas may have longer delivery times or may be excluded from our delivery zones. If this applies to your order, we will contact you before processing.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
- Bobo’s Kolors is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the courier directly.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
- If your order arrives damaged or you receive a defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if possible. We will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
8. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
- For orders shipped outside of the UK, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping fees.
- Bobo’s Kolors is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.
